Visitors to the Dynamic Storage Systems (DSS) stand at Logistics Link South 2014 will be encouraged to test the company’s ‘safe hands’ by participating in a live penalty shoot out competition. Widely acknowledged as a specialist in the design, supply and installation of ultra-efficient storage warehouse and office solutions, DSS is staging the competition to highlight its total project management capabilities.
“In this World Cup year, we thought it would be a good idea to let people know that our wide experience means they are in safe hands,” Says DSS managing director, Howard Gillard. “Customers can rely on our proven expertise in a comprehensive range of systems and products from pallet racking and shelving to mezzanine floors, live storage, warehouse automation equipment and office fit out projects using partitioning, archive storage, desking and boardrooms.”
DSS has wide experience of providing cost-effective warehouse and logistics solutions to help customers achieve maximum profitability. However, the company is particularly skilled as an integrator, equally proficient in both manual and automated systems offering bespoke solutions tailored to the needs of a growing number of customers. In all installations, whether large or small, the company strives to achieve ever-improving standards of quality and safety for the benefit of users of materials handling equipment.
DSS offers potential customers a five point plan focused on reducing operating costs and improving profitability as follows:
• initial feasibility study and consultancy
• professional AutoCAD design and presentation
• independent and impartial product advice
• project management through to final handover
• after-sales service and support
Many projects require a significant commitment from potential contractors and DSS has experience both as a main contractor and working directly under a main contractor. The company complies fully with CDM regulations and is accredited by SAFEContractor for demonstrating a range of health and safety competence including safe methods of working, risk assessments and emergency procedures.
With a growing client base, including market leaders such as Coca Cola, New Look Retailers, Greene King, Travis Perkins, SCA Hygiene Products and Unwins Seeds, DSS has a reputation for providing bespoke solutions for clients to achieve the most cost-effective logistics operations and improved profitability.
Commenting on his company’s participation at Logistics Link South 2014, Howard Gillard says, “All of us at Dynamic Storage Systems have vast problem-solving experience and, over the years, many customers have come to rely on our completely open approach to finding the most cost-effective solutions for their businesses. We have the technical expertise to design proven solutions and the ability to manage projects of all sizes.
