Wells & Young case study

An ultra efficient warehouse solution for a major brewing company

The Project

Dynamic Systems’ latest installation forms a fundamental part of a brand new warehouse and distribution centre for brewers Wells & Young.

The new site, on Cambridge Road in Bedford, represents a major investment for the recently formed company, brought about when London brewer Young’s merged its brewing operations with Charles Wells of Bedford in October 2006.

All of Young’s beers will now be brewed in Bedford alongside the different Charles Wells brands. With the new company came a need for a new warehouse and distribution centre and Dynamic Systems was asked to supply 2000 pallet places of standard adjustable pallet racking to form an integral part of it.

The installation was a complete success, as Wells & Young’s Project Manager Roger Bell confirmed

As a company, we never compromise on the quality of our products and we expect the same high standards from our suppliers.

Dynamic Systems designed an effective and efficient storage solution for our new site and we were pleased to find them extremely professional, knowledgeable and always available for assistance and advice.”
